Pat is a native Washingtonian, and a long time resident of Fort Washington, MD located in Prince George’s County. She is the broker/owner of Keller Williams Preferred Properties located in Largo, Maryland. Pat has 28 years of real estate experience, and is licensed in Maryland, DC, and VA. She began her career as a real estate agent in 1991 with ERA Nyman Realty and has successfully managed offices for Coldwell Banker Stevens and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Pat has won numerous sales and leadership awards, including the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) Distinguished Sales Club, and Keller Williams Realty International “Black Belt Recruiter”. February 2019, Pat was inducted into the prestigious Keller Williams Realty International Team Leader Hall of Fame. 

Under Pat’s leadership, in June 2004, Keller Williams Preferred Properties, opened its doors with twenty-eight (28) agents in Largo, Maryland. Today, she leads the day-to-day operations of the 500+ brokerage, and is the key to the brokerage’s success. Keller Williams Preferred Properties has closed over $3 billion dollars in sales volume, and profit shared more than $3 million dollars with its associates. Recently, Keller Williams Preferred Properties listed nationally in Real Trends 500 Rankings, in five categories: Closed Transaction Sides, Closed Sales Volume, Closed Units, Top Movers by Transaction Percentage, and Top Movers by Sales Volume Percentage. The Washington Business Journal named Keller Williams Preferred Properties as one of the top 20 largest residential real estate companies in Greater DC ranked by Metro-area sales volume in 2018. Keller Williams Preferred Properties is #30 in profit of 800+ Keller Williams’ brokerages nationwide. Keller Williams Preferred Properties is the undisputed number one brokerage in Prince George’s County in closed sales volume, and closed units (source, Broker Metrics and MLS Data 1/1/2018-12/31/2018). 

Pat holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Howard University, is a member of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church, an avid reader, and is a Blue Ribbon Prince George’s County Fair award winner for her “Almost Famous” chocolate chip cookies. She enjoys time at home with her husband of thirty five years Clinton Long, and visiting her artist daughter Lindsay Long, (a proud graduate of Suitland High School) at her home in Brooklyn, New York.
